The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always there to assist us with any questions or requests we had. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as an ironing facility and a mini-bar. We loved the sitting area and terrace, where we could enjoy some fresh air. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The dining restaurant served delicious meals, and we even enjoyed the option to have breakfast in our room. the comfort and quality of service at this hotel were top-notch.

The location of the hotel was great with easy access to various attractions nearby. the room size was decent and the water pressure in the shower was good. the homemade muffins and chocolate treats were a nice touch.

The hotel did not have an elevator which was very inconvenient for bringing luggage up to the room. the free wifi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to plan our city break activities efficiently.
